After moving to the UK to study in 2000 Navin subsequently worked there as a support worker and then as an employee assistance program consultant. In 2006 Navin started his own practice NRC Consulting whose mission was to ‘Improve the Performance of People and Organizations’ offering deep breathing/stress management facilitation services to organizations internationally. In 2007 he joined LSM consulting in Ontario where he gained insight into the world of human resources consulting and also into the assessments used in corporate settings. Navin then worked for two clinical psychology practices assessing people who had been involved in motor vehicle accidents and facilitating their re-entry into the workforce. Thereafter he joined PeopleFind an executive search firm by introducing the firm to the use of competency assessments in the search process. Currently Navin is associated with an Industrial/ Organizational Psychology practice and provides information, coaching, assessment and referral services to individuals, groups, health centers, consulting firms and organizations.
